COVID isn't over, but we have a new location and we intend to use it carefully. The first of our in-person meeting was conducted downstairs at the First Keilor Village Scout Hall on March 5th 2021. This was a great success, but showed us how much more work we need to do to make this space work for us. Accordingly, until further notice we are reverting to the Friday net and Zoom meeting. We will need to arrange a few working bees before we can get back in there for further meetings - we will announce those in due course.
MERC is pleased to announce the first of its Friday Night Virtual Meets on VK3RML, 8PM-10PM, March 20. MERC members and friends, ARV members and friends ... well, anybody, really ... come and join us for this interesting experiment. Coffee is optional, but strictly self-service and BYO.
Options for other radio nets and online meetups are being explored. Watch this space.
